Initiate a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery.

  • Returns: Items must be in their original, unworn condition, with all tags and packaging.
  • Exchanges: Applicable for size or color changes, subject to availability.

Refund Deduction:
For returns, a 500 PKR deduction will be applied to cover processing and restocking.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for sending the item back to our warehouse at their own expense. Please use a trackable service for safety.

Size Issue Exception:
In case of size issues where your required size is out of stock, a full refund will be provided without any deductions.

Processing:
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund or exchange. Price adjustments will be made for exchanges. Expect refunds within 3 to 5 business days.
