    • Exchanges: Applicable for size or color changes, subject to availability.
    • Replacements: Offered for defective or incorrect items.
  • Refund Deduction: For returns, a 500 PKR deduction will be applied to cover processing and restocking.
  • Replacement Charge: A fee of 250 PKR applies for exchanges or replacements, covering logistics and handling.
  • Return Shipping: Customers bear the return shipping costs. Use a trackable service for safety.
  • Processing: Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will process your refund, exchange, or replacement. Price adjustments will be made for exchanges. Expect refunds within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom-made products, and final sale items are excluded.
  • Defective/Incorrect Items: Contact us immediately for a hassle-free replacement without standard charges.
